Even though bridal shops are currently closed all over the country, there are so many brides out there that still need a wedding dress (and bridesmaids dresses). You all deserve to still have the experience of trying on dresses to find the perfect one for you! That’s why we’re officially launching the K&B Virtual Experience a chance for at-home wedding dress consultations!
WHAT IS K&B’S VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE?
Although we would love for everyone to come into the boutique, we know that that isn’t always possible! So, we are bringing at-home wedding dress consultations to you. These are scheduled through FaceTime and Zoom video calls. You’ll be able to schedule a virtual consultation for bridal, bridesmaids, and mother of the bride/groom at no initial charge!
HOW DO AT-HOME WEDDING DRESS CONSULTATIONS WORK?
When our brides schedule at-home wedding consultations with us, you will get to have a FaceTime or Zoom Call with one of our talented stylists who are ready to:
- Guide you through your options
- Show you dresses that match your fashion and budget goals
- Answer any questions or curiosities that you have!
Overall, the stylist will guide you through the process in the same way that they would in-store. Once your consultation is over, you will be able to select your favorite dresses to try on at home! We can ship all dresses that are not wedding gowns. Wedding gowns must be done through curbside pick-up.
K&B Virtual Bridal Experience
We are now offering at-home wedding dress consultations through our new Virtual Bridal Experience! With this, you will schedule a FaceTime or Zoom consultation with one of our stylists that will guide you through our available dresses, determine the correct size for you, and find dresses that you may want to try. Then, you can choose up to five dresses for curbside pick-up to try on at home! It’s that easy. You will get everything that you need to try on dresses right from the comfort of your own home. (The number of dresses may be lowered if demand is high)
Pricing:
- A security deposit of $150 per dress (up to 5 dresses) will be charged to your credit card. Your card number will be held securely on file while the dresses are out of the store.
- If you purchase a dress, the entire deposit amount will go toward your purchase. If you request a second round of dresses, we must receive the initial set back before the new set is picked up. Your deposit will be held until both sets are returned.
- If no dress is chosen for purchase, all deposits will be refunded except for a $150 non-refundable at-home try on fee.
Time Frame:
You will have five days from the time you receive the dresses to drop them back off. Curbside pickup and drop-off is only available during normal weekday business hours. If any dresses are damaged, fees will apply. A late fee of $20 per day will be assessed if dresses are not returned within the allotted time frame. All dresses returned will be treated with disinfectant and steamed at a high temperature to kill bacteria.
Virtual Bridesmaid Experience
In addition to our at-home wedding dress consultations, we are also offering a Virtual Bridesmaid Experience! This experience is similar to the Virtual Bridal Experience, but has some slight differences. You will first start out with a FaceTime or Zoom consultation with one of our talented stylists. They will guide you through designers, colors, and style options. Then, you will choose up to five styles that can be sent right to your door! If you are one of the first five groups to order dresses with this option, you will get 15 percent off your dress order!
Pricing:
Pricing for the Virtual Bridesmaid Experience is $10 per dress OR $40 for 5 dresses. There is also a $25 shipping fee for up to 5 dresses.
Time Frame:
You will have five days from the time you receive the dresses to send them back or drop them off. The at-home try on fee per dress is non-refundable. Discounts for being a K&B bride are still applicable. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If any of the dresses are damaged, fees will apply. A late fee of $20 per day will be assessed if dresses are not returned within the allotted time frame. All dresses returned will be treated with disinfectant and steamed at a high temperature to kill bacteria.
