When the question and the champagne is popped, our first thought is never about logistics and timelines. It’s about love, like it should be! The fact is though, planning the nitty gritty details of a wedding can be a full-time job. Put that pressure on top of your other job/family/friends/netflix time, and it can be a ton of work! Your wedding is definitely your special day and it can feel like a big deal handing over the reins to someone else. But don’t take the joy out of the journey by trying to do it all yourself! Depending on what kind of person you are, you’re probably going to want a different kind of wedding planner. Which one is right for you? Read on to find out!

We’re so happy to be featuring Moore&Co Events for this blog post! They are Baltimore’s premier wedding planners, and they just so happen to have their offices in K&B Bridals, so we can assure you that they’re great.

Day-of Coordinator

You’ve planned your wedding down to the last detail. Congratulations! Your big day has arrived. Now is the time all those moving parts mesh together in (hopefully) a seamless blend that you remember fondly for the rest of your life. A little extra insurance to make sure the only thing getting hitched is you, is a day-of wedding planner.

What exactly is a day of coordinator? This is someone who makes sure the caterer comes on time, the photographer knows where to store her kit, and everything runs smoothly. Basically everything that people would say “I don’t know, ask the bride,” is handled by the day of coordinator, so that you can think about what’s really important-marrying the love of your life!

Month-of Coordinator

You’ve spent months or maybe even years planning your wedding. Your vision is perfected, your vendors are booked, and the big day is quickly approaching. This is where things get tricky. You want to enjoy your rehearsal, your wedding, and especially the reception!

Let somebody else get all the ducks in a row so that your vision is executed to perfection. Through Moore&Co month-of planning also includes day-of coordination, so that you don’t have to worry about a single thing!

Complete Wedding Planning

You know you want to get married. You know vaguely what you want it to look like, but maybe table design is not your strong suit, or maybe you simply don’t want to deal with the endless calls to the caterer in order to get Old Bay on your crab cakes instead of their special blend. Luckily, we have people for that!

The concierge package with Moore and Co Event Planners, is a full-service wedding planning from the very beginning. Describe your dreams to a professional wedding planner and then show up in your lovely white dress and enjoy the wedding you always envisioned, stress free. Check out their page to see the (super-long) list of all the things that they offer with their concierge package.

Paper Planner

Maybe you want to be in charge of every little detail of your wedding, or maybe you’re being budget conscious and you have the time to do it all yourself. You go girl! But don’t let the details disappear; write it down!

It’s easy to confirm the playlist with the DJ over the phone, and then have him show up with an entirely different collection to play. Have him send you a list, and then print it out for your paper wedding planner. A place specifically for the wedding part of your life will keep it from creeping into your work/life balance. And we’re all trying hard to find that balance already!

Did you know all K&B brides get our very own wedding planner, designed by a wedding planner herself? Like you needed another reason to book your appointment with K&B!
